Houston Remodelers Council Receives National Awards

2018 Council Awards for Demonstrating Excellence (CADRE)

Continuing its award-winning history, the Greater Houston Builders Association’s (GHBA) Remodelers Council (RMC) was honored to receive two Council Awards for Demonstrating Remodeling Excellence (CADRE) from the National Association of Home Builders in Washington D.C. at the International Builders Show held in Las Vegas.

The CADRE for Outstanding Council Chair was awarded to 2017 Remodelers Council president, Kevin C. Vick, CGR, CAPS, CGP, president and CEO of Vick Construction and Remodeling Inc. Kevin was instrumental in working with the GHBA during and after Hurricane Harvey to distribute important consumer information to Houston-area homeowners whose homes had flooded or were damaged. Kevin also served as the 2015 chairman of the RMC Garage Sale Committee, and was an NAHB Remodeler of the month.
