Aside from all new siding (pardon the pun), this home has been completely restored on the exterior.
The bay window in the front is a major architectural feature that greatly affects the curb appeal of the home. Before it was reconstructed it had major water damage and termite issues. We completely removed the structure from the house and rebuilt it with a new foundation, slab, walls, and windows.
The copper roof is a great enhancement, but one of the greatest attributes to this new space is the lighted seating area inside the home. It is quite cozy for an evening read.
A nice surprise that is also a hit with the client is the storage area under the window seat. Cozy and smart. No wasted space here.
