Ruth Loft Addition

Flooding was a potential issue with this home located within the 100 year flood zone. The challenge was to build the addition without an awkward and ugly set of stairs in the home’s dining area that leads to the addition’s car port. The solution was to use the existing entry doorway as access to a new stairwell that led to the upstairs master suite and a new pass through doorway to the new carport.
