This home in the Brush Meadows neighborhood was flooded by Hurricane Harvey. The goal was to restore the home and make improvements to meet the current needs of the homeowner’s lifestyle. We completely restored and remodeled the first floor of the home. We brought it up to date with more current designs which included changing the style of the kitchen cabinets, improving all finishes and going with updated paint colors. The carpeting was replaced with new porcelain faux wood plank throughout the downstairs. We took down cabinets between the kitchen and the living area to give it a more spacious look. We brought all electrical up to date to meet current codes.
