Missouri City Golf Pavilion

We designed and built a freestanding fully enclosed outdoor structure with a lounging area, dry bar, and an interactive golf simulator area. The tongue and groove wood ceiling and wood look flooring add sophistication to the room. The dry bar has storage, beverage center and custom shelving with LED backlit color-changing display from counter to ceiling. This space is elegant, functional and relaxing.  Folding doors completely open to a new covered travertine patio and a custom built firepit with gas insert.

• Smart tint switchable privacy film on the windows and doors. It is remote controlled, dimmable and Wi-Fi capable and allows for various settings from transparent to opaque.
