Greatwood Home Remodel
This whole house remodel in the Greatwood neighborhood in Sugar Land was remodeled in collaboration with Interior Designer, Crystal Reeves, ASID, RID, NCIDQ of CLR Design Services, Inc. CLR Design Services, Inc. received a 2024 ASID Ruby Award for the design of the laundry room.
This renovation reimagines every detail to create a space that embodies elegance, functionality, and modern living. The reconfigured layout prioritizes openness and seamless flow, removing barriers to connect living and kitchen areas. Luxurious materials and fixtures elevate each room.
- Specialty cabinets for organization throughout the kitchen, master bath and laundry room.
- Master bath has a floating vanity cabinet with undercabinet lighting. A transom window above mirrors lets in natural light.
- Sophisticated powder bath has brass inlay in cabinets and wallpaper on walls and ceiling adds texture to the space.
- The relocated laundry room is more spacious.
- Butler’s pantry is now open to the kitchen and has more storage space and a beverage center.
