Exterior Restoration and Mold Remediation

We corrected the damage that was caused by faulty construction when the home was built. Exterior walls were reconstructed as well as reframing of water damaged wall sections. We refaced entire facade to match original design. New high energy efficient windows and doors were installed. Corrected damage from original faulty construction – proper flashing, caulking and exterior paint coverage.

The health risks of mold in the home are well-documented and it also may cause extensive property damage.   There is a difference between mold removal and mold remediation.  Mold remediation works to get mold levels back to normal, natural levels.
