The project’s goal was to modify a bathroom for aging-in-place and to customize the space for for their taste and lifestyle. A garden tub was removed and space was made for a curb-less roll-in shower. Special features of this remodel include custom cabinets with in-drawer charging station, custom framed vanity mirrors to match cabinets and trim, specially fabricated Fantasy brown 3 cm vanity counter with seamless look. Additional aging-in-place features in this master bath include a curbless roll in shower,  grab bars in shower and toilet room, in wall soap and shampoo niche, frameless glass shower- 6′ high back and side splash and custom radius bench seat.  LED lighting is placed throughout this bath. In addition, a skylight was installed to bring in natural light.

  9. Skylight installed to bring in natural light especially over shower
  10. LED lighting throughout
